“The Constitution specifies that the state is responsible for every form of cultural heritage, including memorials marking the sites of concentration camps. Under the Constitution, the state is responsible for the cultural heritage of its people. Therefore, the people in this country have the right to demand from the state to respect its constitutional obligations, which it fails to do. I think there is no other option, except to establish a museum really. A museum has to be built, otherwise, believe me, we may well see a shopping mall  spring up there.”
